Arlo pro3 error obtaining library

Hello ppl, of late my Arlo unit has been running poorly, I keep getting messages when trying to look at recordings while on the same LAN at home, attached screen shot.

 

why is this please?

even telling me that there are no recordings to look at, I have rebooted the hub.

If you remove the filters to see all cams not just the outside one in the library do you get the same error?

I've seen that before myself. I force close the app and it will work properly on re-opening the app.

I've had to delete my hub unit & reinstall the hub & cameras, seems to be working again for now.
