Arlo pro 3 snow resistant for winter

hi im wondering before buying if the arlo pro 3 security camera are snow and ice resistant and safe for canadian winter?

I've had mine outside with no problem  But the winter in greater Boston was pretty mild this year, and we didn't get a lot of snow.  The Ultra has a very similar housing, and I have had those outdoors for quite a bit longer.

On the temperature - they are spec'd down to -20C, and the battery won't charge below 0C.  Some folks have found that Arlo cameras will run below that if they are AC powered (with the battery removed).  But I'm not sure if they were using Pro-3 cameras or not.
