hugo25texas,
When purchasing an Arlo kit locally, the contents of the kit are designed to work in the region in which they are purchased. We do not recommend purchasing an Arlo kit in one country and then attempting to set it up and use it in another due to potential incompatibility of the included equipment.

If you cannot use the required specs by the hardware I would not recommend it.
