Arlo pro 3 says unable to connect

I brought these cameras a few months ago and I still have not been able to live stream for more than a minute and most times it says unable to connect I have high speed 400 connection. I have reset the base purchased an extender for the wifi also I have relocated the base I have the cameras on the high speed network what do I do my wife says the arlo cameras are junk I don't want to believe her but I'm starting too.

Sounds like it could be a interference or weak signal issue. House construction materials like brick or metal and others can cause this or other devices interfering. Have you brought a problem camera inside closer to the hub to see if it makes a difference. I can live stream until it times out at 30 min. It does stop and buffer sometimes for a few seconds but reconnects.
