I was having issues with a camera and was chatting with "Macky" on tech support. They had me remove the device (a pro 3 camera) from my list then resync it. Then Macky bailed abruptly. I was able to re-add the device to my device list and it appears for me but it is not showing up on my spouse's device list. What is the next step?

Check if the camera is still in the "granted access" list.
