Not wanting to pay a subscription for cloud storage I have installed a memory stick on the smart hub
I can view recordings on my iphone via the Arlo app, but when i log into myarlo on my windows pc I don't get an option to select local storage in the Library tab. I can move the memory stick to my PC and view the recordings, but why can't my PC view them, only on the phone app? They are both on the same wireless network.

That's just the way Arlo has it fixed. The only way to view from a pc is to remove the memory stick as you have already found out.
