Purchas a new battery and now app does not find the device have been trying for days and tried everything.

Obvious first question - did you charge it? In-camera or with a charging station? What did the LED on the charging device show after ~3 hours (should have been blue)?

When installing the battery into the camera, what does the LED show? Should be a brief blue flash indicating power is attached.
