Arlo pro 3 does not detect motion

I have 5 Arlo Pro 3 cameras. One of them will not detect motion. Motion Detection Test does not work.

Try removing/reinserting the battery, and see if that changes anything.

 

If it still fails, then maybe try a reset.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera

 

If that also fails, then if the camera is still under warranty you can ask Arlo support for an RMA.

StephenB,  I removed the camera and then re-added. That seemed to take care of the problem. It is now detecting motion. Thanks for the tips. WayneCK
