Not charging or asking to replace batteries but it's not even 2 months old? Frustrated

Is it showing low battery or another problem? Need more details and what you have tried for people to help you.

App says battery needs replaced, but went ahead and left charging. Says "100%", not sure what is happening, could it be because its been over 100 degrees last several days???? Also having issues with cameras going offline on the daily, looks like I am not alone either. I am thinking of returning cameras and going with different company, but not sure if Arlo is working to fix this issue.
