My Arlo pro 3 camera batteries stopped charging after 3 hours but after refreshing the battery it worked again. Do I need new battery? Please help.

Not likely to need a new battery but I don't understand what you did to "refresh" the battery. Tell us more.

Refresh the battery what I meant is by removing the battery from the casings and puwit back in the casings then it starts to charge again. Any solutions to this problem. I’m a senior citizen and it’s hard to get to the ladder every day to this job. Please help.

You may have a hardware problem or it may be that the solar panel isn't properly connected. WHen it stops charging, what is the percentage of battery charge?  If it's not fully charged, I would use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem.
