I want to know if I could attached Essential Spotlight Wireless VMC2330-100NAR to my Arlo Pro 3 base station VMB4540r2 I purchase 2 years ago.

You must have purchased a 3 camera set - the model for the Essential Spotlight is actually VMC2030.

The VMB4540 is compatible - see this list:
