Arlo pro 3 base station having issues connecting to wifi after storm

We had a small 5 minute bad storm. My wifi went out and i had to reset the router. Wifi is back on but i cannot get the arlo back to working. I unplugged the base station and waited and plugged it back in- the light will come on as solid amber and then turn solid blue like it is connected. However after this happens and i go into the arlo app on my iphone, the base goes back offline and starts blinking amber lights again. I have tried unplugging and re plugging several times and nothing. HELP

Do you have any other hardwired devices connected to your router? Are any of them showing similar behavior?

 

Try swapping the ethernet cable to a different port on the router and test again to see if you experience the same issue.

We only have the wifi for the use of arlo so besides our phones being on the server there is only the arlo
