Arlo pro 3 I did not receive the motion detections in the apps library

Dear all

I bought arlo Pro 3 system  station and 2 cams, I installed them correctly and they are working fine, I got notified the motion detection events, but they did not appear in the library of the apps.  

what is the problem?

Unfortunately they don't enable trial subscriptions in those countries either.

Obviously one option is to return the system.

Some folks in your situation have used a VPN to connect to a country where subscriptions are offered.  This would need to be done in your router.

I am from jordan too and I am about to buy Arlo pro 2 to use it here in Amman, Jordan.
But i am not sure if the Arlo system is compatible in jordan with Orange fiber?
And where from did you buy your Arlo cameras ? Was it from America or from the gulf countries?
