This model worked fine but after my shifting residence I am unable to connect Camera to base station. One doubt I have is when base station is online it creates a Arlo WiFi network which can be seen on my mobile in WiFi networks. Earlier it was visible but now it is seen. Can someone help on this matter ?

Must be a typo here.

Are you seeing the Arlo Wifi network from your phone or laptop now?

Also, what is the LED status on the smarthub?

Yes it was typo error.

No Arlo Wi-Fi not visible on phone.

LED status on the hub is blue.

When searching for camera it is blinking blue.

Also when you click restart smart hub   from app it responds

It sounds like the radio in the base wifi might have failed.  Though maybe double-check for the Arlo Wifi network using a PC, as it is important to be certain about this.

You could try removing the cameras and base from the account, and then doing a paper-clip reset of the base.  Then try adding everything back.

Ok thanks will try and update

But I did remove from account and trying to add hence all these problems.

Yes Arlo WiFi is not showing on my phone as well as IPad . Do you recommend removing devices and factory reset and add ?

I'd try power-cycling the smarthub first, and then check the wifi again.

If that fails, try the reset process.  If the smarthub wifi doesn't show up after the reset, then there is no point in trying to add the devices back - you'll need to get a new smarthub.
