I am beyond frustrated because I have tried to contact phone support at least 10 times about 2 of my 4 cameras constantly going off-line.  I give them my phone #b ut never receive a call.  My phone works and ringer is on.  5 minutes later, I receive an email from Arlo saying that they tried to call but I didn't answer.  I have tried to use the online support but it must be a computer generated response and never comes close to answering my question.

Has anyone else had this trouble with them trying to  all but you not actually receiving the call?

I really would like a phone # where I can call them but I cannot find one anywhere.

I’ve never had to call them but I definitely feel for you. Odds are they’ll tell you to turn it off and then on again and see if it helps.

This seems to be a trending issue with these cameras and the posts I’ve read really have no definitive answers. Most say that the problem just eventually stopped.
