I have 4 Arlo Pro 3 cameras that I have used for many years. Because the old Smart Hub VMB4540 broke, I bought a new one, but my mobile app cannot search for the new Arlo Smart Hub VMB4540. I connected the Hub with a network cable, and the blue light was displayed, but I couldn't find it. I tried all methods, changed different mobile phones to search, and restored the Hub's factory settings. I'm at my wits' end now. I want to call for consultation, but I can't find the phone number, so I can only ask for help here.

Hope someone can help solve my problem, thank you!

Is this a used smarthub?

Are you seeing it in your router's attached device list?

It's new; it's listed in the equipment inventory.

Do a paper-clip reset, and try again adding the smarthub again from a PC (my.arlo.com).

Where are you located?
