Hi all,
Ever since Arlo updated the app to Arlo Secure, my camera batteries last 3 weeks.
If I try and connect to live stream, it tries to connect - stops.
Try again - stops.
Try again and all the cameras go offline.
My video doorbell has a 10-15 second delay when having a conversation with someone.
I’ve re-synced the cameras 3 times and still the batteries on the cameras are lasting less than 3 weeks.
They aren’t even armed so they aren’t recording and still the battery drains. I take the batteries out when we charge them, I’ve resynced. I’ve raised it with Arlo and I’ve had nothing back.
I’ve paid £700 for 3 pro 3 cameras and the wired video doorbell and it’s basically unusable.
All of this started happening when the app changed to Arlo Secure but they don’t seem to want to acknowledge it.
Any advice gratefully received

The app and subscription wouldn't do this but a firmware update and/or a signal strength/quality issue could. Try moving your hub away from your router as well as bringing a camera closer to the hub to monitor any differences.
