An message went out a few months ago that some features would no longer be supported for Arlo Pro 3 cameras with Arlo Secure. If I get Arlo Secure with these cameras will I still be able to access recordings?

I think you misread the email. The older Pro and Pro 2 cameras are being EOLed but not the Pro 3.
