I am having trouble trying to register the  2 stage security password protection process.

As I have updated my cell phone. Before i can proceed i'am being advised by Arlo is sending via SMS, a code number to use.

However I am not receiving the code number?? ( I reside in New Zealand?)  

I have tried contacting Arlo via their technical helpline....and after a long delay I am told no technical help is available? 

Any suggestions would be welcome...especially as i would like to set up the 2 stage security process before the 20th September deadline.
