Arlo Pro 3's VMB4050 Hub black screen live view

Does anybody know why I only get a black screen on my live view with my Arlo Pro 3's?  I've run updates, uninstalled and reinstalled Arlo Secure App on my Android phone but still black screen.  I can view videos from the library no problem but I cannot get live view that isn't black screen with sound.  This is a recent issue.  Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix? 

Anytime I contact Arlo support the responses I get don't address the questions I've asked.

Have you rebooted the phone as well as tried a different one?

Hello jguerdat and thank you for your reply.  I have rebooted my phone but haven't been able to try another phone yet.  Also this is only happening to my arlo pro 3 cameras and not my essentials.  No idea why that would be.

You can also try using a computer browser aimed at my.arlo.com to see if that's different. If nothing helps, use Settings, Support, select your camera type to get to the official support folks.
