Arlo Pro 3 low battery

I have 2 batteries bought in april. They charge to 99% not 100%. Camera blinks blue and sometimes takes one picture but then turns off indicating a low battery. I have an old original battery that works with the camera. If I place the new battery in another camera, that camera will not work. Battery appears to be bad but charge indicates it is OK.
