Arlo Pro 3, loaded into My Arlo.com but is not showing up on Cell phone App.

Added to profile, loaded updates and is on My Arlo.com but is not on Android App. 

Any suggestions?

I'd start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Any better?

I figured it out, I don't have the primary user access. So that stops whatever I'm trying to do.
