I'm unable to view videos on pc since the firmware update. It shows Arlo as rebooting, but it is not. I can view the library. On android I can view the videos. I've tried deleting cookies, history, websites. Suggestions?

Yes. I tried Chrome. My sister had problems with her phone, viewing the videos after the update. But, now everything is back to normal except my PC. It still shows the Arlo as rebooting.

What browsers have you tried? What OS version is the computer running? Is everything up to date? Have you rebooted the computer as well as tried a different one (if available)?
