I have an Arlo Pro 3 system and am toying the idea of upgrading one camera on my street frontage to a model with higher definition. Does anyone know if this is possible (or would I need to upgrade the whole system)? Thanks.

You can add an Ultra or Ultra 2 camera (which supports 4K). You'd also need to upgrade your subscription to Arlo Secure Plus, since Arlo Secure only support 2K.
FWIW, given the low bitrates Arlo uses, I personally don't see all that much difference between their 2K and 4K recordings. Though the Ultras also have a wider field of view, which is often useful. And if you zoom the camera, then the Ultras will lose less resolution when you zoom in.
