Hello Arlo,
My Arlo Pro 3 I just purchased a few months ago was not charging. I opened the battery compartment to find condensation/water droplets inside. I have much experience with Arlo Pro 3 and use it everyday at the work place and home for personal use. I love the product in general, however am disappointed that mine will now not charge. Before you ask, yes the battery compartment was completely shut and sealed. There seems to have been a defect in the product, which I can understand, it happens in all industries. But, I would like a fair exchange of this camera for a new one. It is not my fault the camera was defective and these cameras are not cheap. I hope Arlo stands by their customers who subscribe, recommend and enjoy using their cameras. Can someone reach out and help?
