I purchased and installed my Arlo's in January - But since the first night, I noticed that two of my camera's had dark spots in the middle. I figured they weren't positioned correctly so when we moved them a bit, we noticed no change. All 4 Camera's are on the same settings. We've reset the smarthub, removed batteries, reset the cameras and still no difference. It's only happening on camera 2 and 4.IMG_3760.PNGIMG_3759.PNG

no pics yet....

but if a reset of the cameras doesn't fix it, I would either swap at place of purchase or contact Arlo for possible warranty.

erikalara,

Try moving Camera 3 to Camera 2 or Camera 4's position and test to see if it behaves the same way at that location. This will help us better understand if there is an issue with the camera or if it's the location resulting in that effect.

Thank you, I'll try that over the weekend and see if that helps.

Your getting too much reflection from the IR lights in the camera from the wall due to the night vision, try moving the cameras out away from the wall to reduce the IR lights reflection.
