Arlo Pro 3 Battery Dies within days - not usable

Bought and installed my Pro 3 on Thursday 12 Dec 2019 and the camera battery is dead on Mon 16 Dec 2019.
Firmware updated and have set batt life to optimised. Really unhappy as I’m away from home.

Live Chat and support articles not loading up. Feel I’ve been sold a dud.

It is frustrating I know.

 

There are two main causes - 

  • lots of motion detection
  • camera repeatedly losing its connection with the base station

Unfortunately this isn't something you can troubleshoot now.  Post back when you get home again and we can help you sort it out.

Yes i'm having the same issue really not happy with it. I'm ready to take them back spent $450 and have to charge them every 2 to 3 days.  Not worth it!!!
