Hi all!

 

I have 2 Arlo 3 cameras installed at home. I have Arlo Smart for both cameras.

 

I have both cameras set with a mode called At Home. In this mode I have chosen to record when any movement is detected, but NOT send any notification (no email, no app notification). I have done this for both cameras (If motion detected, record video, and both alert unchecked). 

 

My issue is that the App (iOS and Android, both) keeps sending me notifications!! It's frustrating because I've tried everything, I've reset both the Hub and cameras couple of times, but I still receive notifications. 

 

Can anyone help out?

Does this happened still happen in Armed mode or just the one you made called At Home?

Have you tried turning on and off again the settings for smart notifications since  you dont want any in case that may be effecting modes but i don't think it should.

Yes I tried switching on and then off again, but still receiving notifications... Funny enough it's not always I receive notification, I receive it sometimes (20-30% of movements). It's really odd..
