Arlo App freezing

My Arlo picture on my App has frozen. I cannot close the image.
I cannot seem to find how to contact Arlo Support directly as it just sends me to a page that sells extra products and general info not somewhere where you can ask an Arlo representative a direct question,
Noticed someone else asked about this. Had done all the trouble shooting and still had not fixed the problem and Arlo told them to contact support rather than answer their question on this board.
Is there another way to get someone from Arlo to contact a customer directly. I live in Australia.

Not sure what picture is frozen but what steps have you done? Did you remove the app and install it again or restart the phone? You can go to Settings>support in the App for options but you need a sub now for a phone number but may still have chat options.
