I have 3 Pro 3 cameras and 2 connect just fine but the 3rd does not connect at all. Gives a time out error when trying to connect. It does have a new photo when I log in, normally from a couple hours before. Same issue on both the App and on the computer. The camera was working just fine until about a month ago.

Followed all of the steps to reset, re-sync, factory reset all of the devices. When doing this, the 1st 2 cameras connected just fine, included the one I previously had an issue with, but when trying to add a 3rd camera, one of the ones that worked before resetting everything, it would time out. Seems to be a 2 camera block in the App and on the website/computer but that is not the cases reading through all of the FAQs and Community articles.

I tested the WiFi signal and its strong with a 10mbps speed at it's lowest point (running about 12 devices in general).

Any suggestions?

There is no "block".  All I can suggest here is to try again.

After you get them all onboarded, try swapping the camera that has the problem with one of the others, and see if the problem moves with the camera or not.

How far is the problem camera from the base?

Yeah I swapped the cameras out with the other 2 positions to see if the issue was being too far and it works fine which is why I was thinking it was a 2 camera block.

The position of the camera is about 60 ft from the base and there’s the house wall in-between. I have another camera probably double that distance linked to the same base that works just fine.
