App Login problem iPhone 11 pro

I’m having issues with logging into my Arlo App. I have an iPhone 11 pro as does my wife. She has no issues but I can not login for some reason unless I restart phone and only then does it let me login one time.

Very annoying issue and can’t find an answer to my problem.

What do you experience when attempting to log in? Do you receive an error message or a crash?
