I have 1 Arlo Pro3 with base station, and in the past i had 1 arlo hd wireless security camera (with basestation aswell).
On both i noticed something weird: The Androind App and the website (my.arlo.com) gives me competely different information. In both cases, i had only 1 camera installed and connected to the base station.
The diferences i noticed ( problably there are more, but dint explore more) are:
- camera battery level. App showing 50%, website showing 84%
- showing diferent firmwares both for the camera and for the base station.
I find this issue very weird. Would someone be able to help me with this one?
Thanks

1) the battery level difference has been an ongoing issue. I believe I just saw a message indicating that a backend change was installed that may make a difference. If you flush the cache on your browser and maybe also try a different browser do you now see the same battery level?
2) the firmware version issue sounds like it's a cache issue. Again, flush the cache and try a different browser.

I just tried the same things I suggested and find the difference to be true here, too. I would trust the app first at the moment.
A semi-interesting note is that after checking the battery level via the web and then the app, the app very briefly displayed what I saw on the web. It then quickly updated to what was previously shown in the app. I have no idea why this happens but it's been long reported. @JamesC , @ShayneS , any chance of checking on progress?

Probably cache issues but server side. Or maybe its getting info from a different user that not myself? No idea
Seems something that deserves a fix very soon

Try logging into your account, refresh the web browser and then log in again. Do you still experience the same issue?
