Access to expired recordings

How do you gain access to an expired recording? The USB drive has storage only from 2019 nothing more current. I emailed and texted the recording but the links all expired after 24 hours

The "share" links Arlo gives expire after 24 hours.   If you want a longer lasting link, you need to download the file, and then put it into some other cloud storage (google drive, onedrive, dropbox, etc).
