About arlo pro 3 cameras not connecting to the app and my profile

I bought arlo pro 3 cameras 2 years ago. Everything worked fine 2 years, I upploaded the arlo app and connected the cameras to my profile so I was able to see them in my profile. .
In the home section it says that I don´t have a deal anymore which I don´t understand because my cameras worked very fine 2 years without any deal. I have recharged the cameras and I think they work fine but the problem is that I can´t use them. Like I told I can´t connect them to my profile/app. I will put 2 pictures in this message to show you how it looks like in my arlo site. I don´t understand the problem but I want my cameras to work again. Please help me with this problem.

Pro 3 cameras have always required a subscription to get any cloud storage.
Do you recall if years back you were using direct access to local storage (instead of a subscription)?
Also, can you confirm that you have Pro 3 cameras?
