I've had this set up for several years but I'm not longer getting any videos saved and no alerts from the camera. I can see all devices in the app and they are live and connected correctly. If I have a camera armed and set to alert and record it does neither even with motion and noise. All cameras work through live viewing. All software is up to date and I've tried resetting all devices, I've removed them all and done the setup from the beginning. Nothing is working to get the alerts and recording setup. These things seem like they are getting more and more glitchy with time. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu? Or do you see "Library" instead?

What mode is the system in?
Have you confirmed that there are rules for the cameras in that mode?
Also, have you tried
- going to the devices page
- selecting the base
- selecting storage settings
You should be seeing local recordings there.

Devices are in arm away, all setting look good, I reformatted the SD.
Storage Status: Good
Availabe 119g
Best Local : Checked
Overwrite: On
View Recording: On
Port Forward: Disabled (although if I can get this resolved getting PF set up is the next step)

Nope nothing in storage setting. The cameras are on but they aren't generating notifications or recording. I have everything set to low so even walking around should trigger.

While it seems unlikely that you'll find anything, eject the drive and check for recordings on a computer. Also try a different drive although that wouldn't affect notifications.

Here is the the really annoying thing. I signed up for a month of the cloud subscription service to get access to phone support and everything seems to just magically work now. Literally zero changes to anything except signing up for the cloud sub and notifications are coming in, sirens work, video is saving...
