Hi! I have Arlo Pro 3, VMC4040P cameras. Three of them. 2 of the 3 have been offline for Weeks despite all of my attempts to get them back online, update firmware etc. The app takes me in circles & the camera seems “dead” even though it’s charged. One of my cameras is fine so I know it’s not the WiFi, router, etc. Help!

Try pulling the battery out from inside the problem cameras and putting it back in. Then you’ll need to pair the camera to the base again which can be done via the button on the back of the base.
Also the camera batteries may have died and you need to charge them up before you can pair the camera to the base again.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
