Hi, I have three arlo pro 3 cameras connecting to a VMB4540r2  base station. one of them started not able to connect live stream last week. i took the battery out from the camera and re-synced with the base station. the camera is able to live stream now but will not auto record. it is able to detect motion and all running with latest firmware. i also have arlo secure subscription for all three cameras. any idea how to solve this? Thanks!

 

camera FW is 1.060.12.2_6_fd2b14a

base station FW: 1.19.0.3_1172_68a8e53

Have you tried contacting arlo support since you have subscriptions. Using the app go to settings then support. You may need to use the web portal on browser pc to get a phone number.

 

you could also try restarting the Base station.

Thanks! Resetting the base station solved the problem.
