Updated my arlo app and now I cannot see my camera's at my second home

updated my arlo app and now I cannot see my camera's at my second home. My husband has that account and we have shared access. I do not like the update at all. Cannot find a number to speak with someone and my question cannot be answered by chat. The selection are not even available to select my issue.
