I don't know where else to go with this problem, since Arlo apparently has no live customer service representatives. Here's my problem: My promotional subscription of $3.99/mo is supposed to end on June 1, 2024. But, when I went in to update my credit card tonight, it said that my renewal date at the standard $12.99/mo was now going to be December 1, 2023. Looks like someone is shorting me here. Please, help me figure out how to correct this problem. Is there anyplace where an Arlo subscriber can actually talk with a live person about account and/or billing problems like this?
