Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to let my Arlo flood light record non stop to a device or maybe a private YouTube channel?

Not to your own device (or youtube).

 

If you power the floodlight with the outdoor power adapter, you could get a CVR subscription.

But that is only going to the Arlo Cloud and there is no way to download the footage.
