Due to heavy rain my pro3 had water inside the spotlight
I let it dry out for several days. Now where trying to charge it., blue dot comes on and 1/2 of the spot light.
when I look it up, it says low battery connection.
This camera is about six months old. Can you send a replacement please

This is a user-to-user forum. You need to contact Arlo Support to get an RMA.
Use the support area in the app - select that camera there, and scroll down to the contact area. If you have a subscription, choose the phone option. It's available from 6 am to 6 pm US Pacific time.

I have the same problem. When the batteries run low and go outside to change them the inside is very wet. I think i need a protective covering. Suggestions?

Batteries? The floodlight only has one.
Are you talking about multiple cameras?
Can you confirm the camera model(s) you own?
