I have a new Arlo Floodlight 3 Camera and am unable to pair it with my phone. I charged the battery (the light flashes blue when plugged in).
When I unplug it the flashings stops - holding and pressing the synch button does nothing.
Taking the battery out for at least 20 seconds and putting back in does nothing.

Does anyone know where I can at least get a phone number for a tech person?

The camera LED should NOT be flashing blue when plugged in. It should briefly flash blue when first powered and then turn solid blue when fully charged. Try the reset below. If that doesn't work, swap at the store.

Thanks followed the instructions you sent but did not help. Factory reset instruction does nothing, no amber light or blue light when synch button is held for 15-45 seconds, must be a defective unit.  The store I bought it from is asking for a fault reference number where do I get one...

They list a number to call at Arlo that is not in service...does anyone have a number I can call to get this fault reference number.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll to Contacts to talk to official support. However, you need a subscription to do this and if you don't have one, we need to punt.
