Pro 3 floodlight does not work with AC charging

Unplug the AC charging cable for outdoor and camera works off the battery, but when cable is attached the camera window says camera will not work when charging. Blue light on when cable is attached to AC.

Are you using the Arlo outdoor cable?  Or are you using the indoor charger, or a third party charger?

The indoor cable will work as you say, but the outdoor cable should run the floodlight when connected.  Mine certainly does (I had it hooked up a couple days ago).
