Arlo Set Up is a very flawed process that last well beyond the 2 minute time out length of sync causing a failed setup or failed firmware status check which results in a failed network connection.

The file still has an extension (either .png or .jpeg). .png will work, .jpeg needs to be renamed to .jpg.
You need to copy the screenshot to a PC (or Mac).
Arlo should fix this - there's no reason the forum can't accept .jpeg.
