I already have an Arlo camera that works perfectly. With my new Pro 3 Floodlight, however, I cannot get the videos to play on my computer. It says, "This video is not able to play in your browser. Please download to view.". They play fine on my phone so I suspect that I need to do some Port Forwarding, or whatever (I'm new to this).
My router is an Arris NVG599 and I have been into it and watched a couple videos on YouTube, but I need something more specific to my situation. {For instance: what do I pick for "Needed by Device" on the NAT/Gaming screen?}
If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Probably a browser issue as the Pro3 Floodlight is in 2K. I cant view them on my tablet using Edge but can on my Desktop that has a vid card. If I use zoom and tracking it defaults the recording to 1080 and I can view on tablet.

TLeeT,
As mentioned above, this is a limitation with your browser. Take a look here for more information: Which devices are supported for HEVC 4K or 2K playback?
