We bought a  Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight  before Christmas in 2019. We got some strange information that our test period started and we had no idea what that meant. But everything looked OK even if camera very sensible to weatherconditions. Now suddensly we only get info that something has moved in the range of the camera, no photos is taken/shown - onnly when we activate filming manually.

Our other Arlo cameras (Arlo 2) functions as before, taking pictures when motions.

Now it seems that we have to prenumerate to get the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight to take fotos when motion occurs?

Is that correct understood?

If we do need to prenumerate/subscribe, we only want to have it for this camera (since the others is working to our need with fotos taken when motion).

We have tried to select 1 camera, premium, 30 days - but we cant get through nor select when we try this inlogged in the computer. Option Single camera, Premier plan up to 2K, up to 30 days SEK 29/month. This is options and prices according to your e-mail to my husband.

Pls could you help us out?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day,

Anna-Karin and Staffan

ANy camera newer than the Pro 2 needs a subscription for cloud recordings. If you don't want to pay for a subscription you can record locally if the floodlight is connected to your base. However, the VMB4000 and 4500 will record but the app can't be used to view those recordings so you'd have to safely eject the drive for viewing on a computer. The VMB4540 and 5000 allow the app to view the local recordings directly.

You should be able to get a single camera plan. Since you're having problems doing so, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
