My camera blink blue light quickly like 15 times, blue light stays on for a bit and blinks red once

My camera's blue light blinks about 15 times. Then stays on for a bit, and finally blinks red once and goes off for about 10 seconds. 

Anyone can direct me to what is the problem,

Is this happening during initial setup or have you already installed the camera? Could you provide more details? Also be sure the cameras battery is fully charged.
