My Arlo floodlight is not charging while connected to a solar panel

My Arlo floodlight is no longer charging by the solar panel. When I first purchased the floodlight and splat panel both worked just fine. Now it is not charging. I thought it might be the battery so I removed the battery and charged it with a charger, it charged just fine. It looks like others are having the same issue.

Assuming the panel is getting good sunlight, try cleaning both sets of connections. It may just be the reconnection or possibly some schmutz (technical term) that may be preventing a good connection.
