I cannot get the light to stay on upon movement when I turn the light on on the app then it doesn't go off I can't get through the customer support worst product ever

I would like to know why I cannot access any recordings you're telling me that I have three outside cameras three inside cameras and I have to subscribe to a service in order for me to record that's a disgrace
