I want to replace hardwired ring floodlight cams with arlo pro 3 floodlights. Is there anyway to hardwire them or is it not worth the hassle?

It'd be nice if Arlo had an accessory power kit for hard-wiring the floodlight - but they don't.
There is an outdoor charging cable you can use - it has an integrated AC adapter on one end, so it needs to be plugged in. No way to directly connect it to mains power (inside the outlet box).
